Children at Rixton Tots can now safely access the outdoors and the different activities and sensory experiences this affords thanks to the group being able to provide a safe outdoor play surface for the children following a £3,106 grant from HDT. Without it the toddlers’ (about 20 children per session) play activities would have been restricted to indoors.

“It’s lovely to be able to relax and let the children enjoy playing outside, without worrying about them falling over – a frequent occurrence with toddlers! Thank you.”  Deborah Mawdsley, Parent
