Celebrating 20yrs of supporting the local community

This year HDT are proud to be celebrating 20yrs of supporting the communities of Irlam, Cadishead and Rixton-with-Glazebrook, having first established in 2004.

Over the years, the HDT team have enjoyed working with various community groups within the Trust’s workstreams: Community, Education, Recreation & Leisure, Regeneration and Heritage, including large urban art projects. We have met and worked alongside some fantastic people with a real commitment to improving facilities and activities for others to enjoy.  Being a small team, we have also been fortunate to receive some much-valued assistance from local volunteers, who have enabled us to deliver even more to the community.

In addition to the various new and ongoing community projects we will be involved in this year, the team will also be reflecting on some of the many highlights and achievements from the last two decades and sharing some of these via our social media platforms and website.

Thank you to all the community groups and individuals who have helped and supported us over the past 20 years!
